The company was founded as a sole proprietorship in 1995, owned and operated by founder Kenneth Jones, then Ken Jones Trucking. He transported farm produce for the local rural communities near Albany, Georgia. The company expanded to include other family members, forming KLS Trucking, Inc in 1997. Because of the increased number of contracts in Metro Atlanta area, the company was relocated to Metro Atlanta Area.

KLS Trucking employs fifteen drivers, and has gown to include a fleet of semi -trucks, trailers, straight trucks, and pick-up trucks. This allows us to provide services to our clients without interruption of deliveries.

Our customer profile includes such companies as Proctor & Gamble, NACOM Corporation, Yazaki, North America, NYPRO GA, Techsonic, Amitech, Prestolite Wire Company, MG International, Olin Brass Cello Foil Products, Film Fabricator INC, and Mitsui O.S.K Lines (America) INC.

KLS Trucking Provides yard service (trailer spotting), maintains the flow of goods from the outside warehouse to the production lines, and is the primary intrastate carrier of inbound shipments for a major corporation in the Atlanta area.
